Role Overview

Roles and Responsibilities

• Set up new processes through validation and qualification, conduct PFMEA risk assessments, and train personnel through SOPs.
• Lead compliance and Environmental, Health and Safety efforts in support of plant goals.
• Identify manufacturing issues, develop cost-effective solutions, and oversee successful production implementation.
• Resolve manufacturing and quality problems related to methods, processes, tooling, equipment, and product design with production associates.
• Support new product introductions through process layout, tool development, and new equipment.
• Plan and execute validation and verification activities to support regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate manufacturing releases and change implementation.
• Drive Lean manufacturing implementation.
• Provide safe processes compliant with local and federal regulations and ensure corrective action for safety concerns.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Medical Electronics, or Biomedical Engineering.
• Sound knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of electromechanical parts and assemblies.
