Manufacturing Operations Analyst – Lean BPS Integrator

10+ years of experience implementing lean methodologies and productivity improvements

10+ years of hands-on experience on continuous improvement, process improvement, or manufacturing/operations

5+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and/or Boeing Production System (BPS)

5+ years of experience mentoring, coaching, guiding, and leading teams

3+ years of experience with data analysis

5+ years of relevant experience in continuous improvement, organizational development, leadership development, or change management — or an equivalent combination of education and experience

3+ years’ experience specifically working with cross-functional program teams (engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, etc.) in a large aerospace or defense environment

Experience leveraging Oobeya rooms or similar visual management/collaboration tools to support team alignment and execution

Experience in facilitating the development of enablers for unit hour reduction, flow improvement, or productivity improvements

Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, Change Management, or facilitator/coach certifications

Bachelor's degree or higher

Demonstrated ability to train and mentor team members in leadership and facilitation practices

Experience supporting enterprise operations and driving improvements through structured problem solving and data-driven decision-making

Summary Pay Range: $153,900 - $188,100
