Supply Chain Specialist

Level 4: 9+ years of experience working in Material Management Services (MMS) or Supply Chain

9+ years of experience in identifying and communicating business requirements with cross-functional and/or cross-business teams

6+ years’ experience with ERP and CRM systems, such as SAP and/or Salesforce

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience

Previous experience working urgent requirements with the BGS Organization

Experience in implementing process improvements and an applied understanding of LEAN practices (e.g.

Six Sigma)

applying effective verbal and written communications skills including spelling, grammar, punctuation, form and style, proof reading and editing skills

Must have high attention to detail, be a self-starter, and results driven

Experience in aerospace support, supply chain management, and logistics planning

Basic proficiency in aerospace industry knowledge

Creative problem solving skills

Basic technical and engineering background

Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Level 3: $96,050 - $113,000

Level 4: $120,700 - $142,000
