Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate manpower planning, workforce allocation, staffing schedules, attendance records, and workforce documentation.
- Work with Operations, Human Resources, Recruitment, Project Management, and Business Support teams.
- Support employee deployment, shift coordination, resource planning, onboarding logistics, leave tracking, and staffing adjustments.
- Monitor workforce availability and staffing requirements.
- Prepare manpower reports, trackers, and operational updates.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manpower databases.
- Support recruitment coordination and internal communications regarding staffing requirements.
- Identify improvements to workforce planning processes and promote efficient coordination across departments.
