Role Overview
The Manpower Coordinator organizes labor assignments and supports workforce, transportation, and camp operations.
Responsibilities
- Schedule daily labor assignments according to project needs.
- Maintain adequate manpower levels for tasks and projects.
- Coordinate laborer transportation to and from job sites.
- Manage driver schedules and timely arrivals.
- Oversee labor welfare and camp accommodation.
- Address labor housing and facility issues.
- Serve as the primary contact for labor-related inquiries.
- Liaise among management, laborers, and transportation services.
- Maintain attendance, transportation, and camp-condition records.
- Support compliance with labor regulations and safety standards.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling and logistics management.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 2,036.90 to QAR 4,000.00 per month.
