Role Overview
A leading FMCG organisation is seeking a Managing Director to drive business transformation, market development, and sustainable growth.
The role carries overall responsibility for strategic business performance, revenue growth, profitability, market presence, and commercial execution.
The appointment requires relocation to the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver strategic priorities and the long-term growth plan.
- Own P&L, revenue performance, profitability, and annual budgets.
- Lead commercial strategies, market expansion, and brand performance improvement.
- Manage distributors, strategic customers, commercial negotiations, contracts, and customer agreements.
- Improve route-to-market effectiveness across multiple trade and digital channels.
- Strengthen pricing, revenue management, forecasting, promotional planning, and margin delivery.
- Align sales, marketing, operations, supply chain, and finance.
- Recruit and develop the senior management team and establish commercial KPIs.
- Monitor customer priorities, competitors, consumer trends, and market execution.
- Represent the business with shareholders, customers, and strategic stakeholders.
