Manager - Warehouse Operations (2248)

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure to run the operation as per warehouse SOP
• Space management at warehouse and decide location for material as per material size/shape/weight/CFT, etc.
• Ensure to match stocks physically as well as in system
• Arrange to stock audit as per company policy (daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly)
• Transport management & closure of transport issue
• Bill processing of vendors, 3PI and contractor
• Manpower utilization as per work requirement
• Monitor and ensure warehouse health checkup on daily/weekly basis
• Implementation of any new project as per company guidelines
• Ensure to follow statutory compliance at warehouse/premises
• Lead, mentor & develop a team of WH personnel fostering a culture of collaboration & high performance
• Collaborate with other departments such as IT, sales to ensure seamless operation & timely deliveries
• Ensure damages in SW deliveries from WH are not more than 0.5% of the billed material

Key Attributes

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree/PGDM or certification in material management, supply chain management, or a related field
• Experience: 8-12 years of experience in warehouse/logistics or a similar role
• Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
