Role Overview
Lead frontline vehicle operations for CargoX's autonomous delivery fleet in Abu Dhabi.
Own a several-hundred-person team supporting remote vehicle monitoring and on-road field operations.
Run the operation seven days a week while maintaining non-negotiable safety and quality standards.
What You'll Own
- Own sourcing, manpower suppliers, hiring standards, onboarding throughput, attrition, training, and certification.
- Improve operator productivity, attendance, and working-hour utilization.
- Recruit and promote supervisors and use layered quality assurance to evaluate shifts.
- Manage visas, accommodation, transport, rostering compliance, and field-resource allocation.
What You'll Need
- Have managed a frontline workforce of several hundred people through recruitment, training, rostering, performance, and attrition.
- Have personally delivered a major workforce ramp or mobilized a new site, center, or contract from nothing.
- Have run seated, real-time operations such as control rooms, service centers, dispatch centers, or autonomous-vehicle operations.
- Have built a training and quality-assurance standard with assessments and a defined pass bar.
- Use strong English when hiring, training, appraising, and resolving conflict with a diverse frontline workforce.
