Role Overview
The Manager will lead student placement and university partnership initiatives for AUPS Education.
The role develops institutional relationships, identifies progression opportunities, supports admissions, and contributes to student enrollment and organizational growth.
The role covers undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, pathway, and professional programs across multiple study destinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain local and international relationships with universities, colleges, and higher education institutions.
- Facilitate student placements and support university admissions and enrollment processes.
- Establish university partnerships, articulation agreements, and progression pathways.
- Advise prospective students on academic pathways, admission requirements, scholarships, and university options.
- Organize university visits, recruitment events, webinars, education fairs, and information sessions.
- Manage the prospective-student pipeline, application follow-up, placement records, and conversion metrics.
- Prepare reports on placement performance, partnerships, enrollments, and business growth opportunities.
