Role Overview
Support business growth, revenue optimization, and operational improvement across multiple educational institutions within the Group.
Work with Admissions, Marketing, Academic, Finance, Operations, Student Services, and IT teams to analyze performance and translate data into recommendations.
The successful candidate will help increase revenue, improve enrollment and retention, optimize processes, reduce revenue leakage, improve institutional performance, and enable data-driven decisions.
Performance and Growth Analysis
- Analyze revenue, enrollment, admissions, retention, and operational performance across institutions, campuses, and programs.
- Identify revenue and profitability opportunities through enrollment growth, conversion, retention, pricing, program optimization, cross-selling, and new revenue streams.
- Analyze the student journey from lead generation to enrollment and retention to identify gaps, revenue leakage, and improvement opportunities.
- Benchmark institutions to identify best practices, performance gaps, and standardization opportunities.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and management reports for data-driven decision-making.
Process and Business Improvement
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements, automation, and cost optimization.
- Prepare business cases, ROI analysis, and recommendations for new programs, initiatives, systems, and business opportunities.
- Gather and document business requirements for system enhancements, digital transformation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Work with IT, Data/BI, and external vendors to support system implementations, integrations, UAT, and solution delivery.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior management and support implementation of agreed initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Transformation, Strategy, Analytics, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify revenue and efficiency improvement opportunities.
- Strong experience in Excel, data analysis, KPI reporting, process mapping, and business case development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the education or EdTech sector or in a multi-site or service-based organization is preferred.
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, CRM, ERP, SIS, LMS, or similar systems is advantageous.
- UAE market experience and knowledge of the local education landscape are advantageous.
