Responsibilities
- Lead Operations assessments of park facilities, ensuring compliance with design standards, safety codes, and operational needs
- Collaborate with FM, civil, mechanical, and electrical teams to ensure integrated building performance
- Review and validate as built drawings, architectural documentation, and renovation plans
- Provide technical guidance on finishes, facades, signage, and guest facing structures
- Support asset lifecycle planning by identifying architectural components requiring refurbishment or replacement
- Coordinate with Development & Delivery during handover of new assets to ensure architectural readiness
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks for architectural works and repairs
- Recommend design improvements to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency
- Ensure alignment with Qiddiya's brand identity and thematic design principles
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design; Master's preferred
- Minimum 5 8 years of experience in architectural engineering, preferably in large scale entertainment, hospitality, or public infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, finishes, and design coordination
- Experience in facilities management environments is a plus
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and architectural visualization tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Overview
