The Manager, Talent & Culture will lead a business-embedded talent partnering agenda across local markets and regional functions.
The role connects talent, culture, organizational health, and business performance through practical and tailored execution.
The role supports AI enablement by deploying talent, learning, culture, and new ways-of-working programs designed by the central team.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and People & Culture squads to embed the Talent & Culture agenda.
- Translate business strategy into tailored talent and culture priorities for functions and domains.
- Drive talent lifecycle execution across talent development, performance, learning, employee experience, and organizational health.
- Implement central strategies, frameworks, and programs in locally relevant and operationally strong ways.
- Use data and insights to monitor organizational health, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend action plans.
