Role overview
The Manager, Talent & Culture leads the talent partnering agenda across the business in an embedded, business-led model.
The role partners with leaders, People & Culture squads, local markets, and regional functions to execute Talent & Culture strategy.
The role also supports AI enablement by deploying talent, learning, culture, and ways-of-working programmes.
Key responsibilities
- Embed the Talent & Culture agenda across local markets and regional functions.
- Translate business strategy into tailored talent and culture priorities.
- Drive the end-to-end talent lifecycle across talent development, performance, learning, employee experience, and organisational health.
- Implement central strategies and programmes in locally relevant and operationally strong ways.
- Build relationships with leaders and teams, diagnose needs, and drive adoption.
- Monitor organisational health and provide insights, recommendations, and action plans.
- Strengthen team effectiveness, culture, and leadership capability with business leaders.
- Deploy AI enablement initiatives and help teams adopt technology and new ways of working.
- Lead and coach a team of Talent Partners.
- Ensure execution is consistent, scalable, high quality, and adaptable.
- Share business insights and feedback with the central Talent & Culture team.
