About the opportunity
Join the Quick Commerce team as a Staff Product Designer and help redefine customer experiences and scalable non-food offerings.
The role supports a Global Qcommerce Hub and owns product design across the full product lifecycle.
The team builds intelligence layers and decision platforms for category management and store management across a large DMarts network.
What you will do
- Align design strategy with product strategy and collaborate with cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders.
- Translate complex user and business needs into clear, user-centered design solutions.
- Lead discovery, research, usability testing, high-fidelity design, and implementation support.
- Deliver production-ready web and mobile experiences using Figma.
- Bring the user’s perspective into product discussions.
- Promote design solutions and best practices and encourage creative, challenging thinking.
What you need to be successful
- Extensive Product Designer experience with a strong user-centered web and mobile portfolio.
- At least 7 years of professional experience with heavy data B2B products.
- Experience with Figma’s distributed version control tools.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading research and design initiatives and presenting data-driven design proposals.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with product managers, developers, peers, and senior stakeholders.
- Leadership and mentorship experience is highly valued.

- The role has a physical presence in Dubai and works with international product teams and stakeholders.
