Overview

  • The Manager – Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading end to end recruitment operations across all levels of the organization, ensuring an efficient, compliant, and candidate centric hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end to end recruitment activities for all organizational levels, from entry level to senior leadership.
  • Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, timely, and aligned with business staffing requirements.
  • Personally manage recruitment for mid level and senior level positions, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and selection.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team to enhance capability and performance.
  • Monitor recruitment targets while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience and professionalism.
  • Partner with HR Services to ensure seamless transition from recruitment to onboarding.
  • Coordinate pre boarding activities, ensuring documentation and system updates are completed before onboarding.
  • Collect feedback from new hires and hiring managers to improve recruitment and pre boarding processes.
  • Promote a candidate first approach throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and recruitment communications.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Organizational Development (OD) to align recruitment plans with workforce planning.
  • Manage manpower forecasting in partnership with the OD team.

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • CIPD certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience.
  • At least 3 years in a managerial role within a similar industry or function.
  • Strategic talent acquisition planning and execution.
  • Recruitment governance and compliance management.
  • Team leadership, coaching, and performance management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
  • Workforce planning and manpower forecasting.
  • Data driven recruitment management, including KPI monitoring and reporting.
  • Process improvement and continuous optimization.
  • Proficiency in digital recruitment systems and HR technology.
