Responsibilities
- Embed AI into core workflows across the Enterprise Sustainability team to improve productivity, consistency, and capacity
- Champion an AI first mindset and position AI as a core team capability
- Design and deliver structured AI learning programs
- Formalize an AI experimentation program, including targeted pilots and sprint based testing
- Source, assess, and prioritize AI enabled and transformation opportunities aligned to team priorities
- Develop business cases for investment
- Develop a sustainability education program to help drive strategy forward
- Establish and maintain KPIs that demonstrate the impact of AI adoption across the team
- Monitor emerging AI and sustainability trends and translate them into practical opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sustainability, strategy, transformation, innovation, data, learning, or a related field
- Experience identifying, assessing, and advancing AI enablement opportunities
- Experience designing or delivering education, training, or capability building initiatives
- Experience leading change, adoption, and learning initiatives
- Experience creating business cases, measuring impact, defining outcomes, or communicating value creation
- Strong understanding of AI, including GenAI, analytics, and practical business applications
- Strong understanding of sustainability issues, including emerging risks, opportunities, regulatory developments
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder influence skills

Job Description
- The Manager, Sustainability Transformation will help advance transformation across the Enterprise Sustainability team.
- Key focus areas: accelerating AI adoption, strengthening sustainability capability, and building scalable education and knowledge sharing practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive AI adoption and culture: Embed AI into core workflows, champion AI first mindset, establish accountability mechanisms.
- Build team capability and scale knowledge: Design and deliver structured AI learning programs, formalize AI experimentation program.
- Identify, prioritize, and advocate for high value transformation opportunities: Source, assess, and prioritize AI enabled opportunities.
- Strengthen sustainability capability through targeted education: Develop sustainability education program, support organizational awareness.
- Define and communicate transformation value: Establish KPIs, measure and communicate outcomes.
- Stay externally informed: Monitor emerging AI and sustainability trends.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sustainability, strategy, transformation, innovation, data, learning, or a related field.
- Experience identifying, assessing, and advancing AI enablement opportunities.
- Experience designing or delivering education, training, or capability building initiatives.
- Experience leading change, adoption, and learning initiatives.
- Experience creating business cases, measuring impact, defining outcomes, or communicating value creation.
- Strong understanding of AI, including GenAI, analytics, and practical business applications.
- Experience applying AI tools, such as Copilot.
- Strong understanding of sustainability issues, including emerging risks, opportunities, regulatory developments.
- Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder influence skills.
