- Oversee and provide leadership for ATA's General Services, Procurement, Human Resources, and Information Technology services

- Develop and implement Department policies, processes, systems, and procedures

Job Purpose
- Oversee and provide leadership and expertise to ensure the implementation of best practices with regard to the operations of ATA's General Services, Procurement, Human Resources, and Information Technology services.
- Guide the adoption of best communications programs and plans to establish appropriate internal and external communication infrastructure.
- Lead the planning processes to ensure the provision of sustainable and quality services with regard to transportation, security, warehousing, catering, landscaping, maintenance and procurement services.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage and ensure correct implementation of relevant ER policies, procedures, systems, work methods, and operating standards.
- Manage and provide ATA staff members with required assistance and support with regard to relevant services and requirements provided by company Employee Relations.
- Monitor all employee disciplinary actions up to and including terminations to ensure procedures are done in accordance with company HR policies.
- Participate in all interviews conducted at ATA or company for ATA job applicants.
- Lead audits and inspections of ATA's facilities, infrastructure and maintenance needs.
- Oversee all ATA landscaping projects and ensure works are carried out in accordance with HSE requirements and company standards.
- Manage and ensure delivery of quality cleaning services to the highest standards.
- Ensure preparation and implementation of effective security procedures, contingency plans and best practices in emergency preparedness.
- Manage and ensure compliance with relevant UAE laws and best practices to protect ATA property and safeguard lives and property.
- Manage activities and execution of ATA transportation service in compliance with HSE standards, UAE traffic rules, predefined routes, pick up and drop off timings.
- Manage formalisation and implementation of best plans and practices for procurement and delivery of materials and services.
- Review and endorse all requirements submitted by ATA, relevant purchase requisitions, scope of services/works, good/receipt notes and work/service orders.
