About the Manager, Software Engineering Position: The Manager, Software Engineering provides leadership and direction for the design, development, delivery, operation, and support of Avalon’s software products and services.

This role is accountable for building and leading high-performing Software Engineering teams, ensuring reliable delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality technology solutions aligned with business priorities.

The Manager is also responsible recruitment, retention, and career development.
