The Data Analyst, Health Analytics supports the organization's analytical, financial, and operational objectives through the analysis of complex data and the delivery of actionable insights that inform business strategy, client performance evaluation, pricing activities, financial forecasting, and operational decision-making. This role partners closely with Health Analytics, Finance, Actuarial, and other business stakeholders to evaluate program performance, assess client value, and support strategic initiatives. The Data Analyst, Health Analytics is responsible for developing and maintaining analytical models, dashboards, reports, and automated data solutions that enhance data accessibility, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
