Role Overview
Alef Group is seeking a Manager - Sales Training to join its team in Sharjah.
The role builds capability across Alef's real estate broker network and internal sales teams.
The role manages the Alef Sales Academy as a continuous sales enablement platform.
Training and Sales Enablement
- Design and deliver training for brokers and internal sales teams across varying experience levels.
- Conduct induction and refresher sessions for brokers, sales consultants, and business development executives.
- Deliver project briefings on positioning, target audiences, pricing logic, selling points, and competitive context.
- Organize workshops covering prospecting, qualification, needs analysis, presentations, objections, negotiation, and closing.
- Coach sales professionals on conduct, client engagement, conversion practices, and specialist selling topics.
Market and Behavioral Development
- Educate sales audiences on Sharjah's real estate ecosystem, ownership laws, investor profiles, and growth drivers.
- Develop behavioral modules covering communication, empathy, emotional intelligence, resilience, teamwork, accountability, and etiquette.
- Deliver targeted interventions for performance, attitude, or consistency gaps with Sales leadership and HR.
