Role overview
Own Mars Canada’s cross-segment data and data lake assets and manage the central analytics repository.
Lead the Mars Canada Snacking analytical roadmap and the technical management of reporting systems.
The role is based in Bolton with regular in-office collaboration and flexibility that includes remote work.
Digital strategy
- Own the digital product roadmap to ensure digital technology provides a competitive advantage.
- Participate in global digital teams and help lead Canada-specific implementations.
- Lead the Canadian ecosystem and long-term strategy for the segment.
- Support cross-functional partners with technical system and process constraints as a subject matter expert.
Sales Operations BI
- Maintain existing Sales Operations Power BI solutions, including automations, front-end modifications, flat-file adjustments, and user RLS administration.
- Own stakeholder engagement and additions to the Central Analytics Repository and BI catalogue.
- Lead migration of Sales Operations solutions to Azure cloud resources.
- Ensure data accuracy and uphold a single source of truth.
- Maintain the repository for Mars Snacking tools and act as the market key user for TPM Source Agnostic.
