- Shape and implement wealth management products, staying ahead of the curve with technology advancements.
- Contribute to the full technology stack, including database, DevOps, back end development, and external integrations.
- Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and engineers to co develop wealth platforms.
- Coordinate with onshore and offshore development resources for timely and high quality project delivery.
- Maintain and integrate WM systems with other platforms, ensuring seamless operations.
- Provide support to internal business users, addressing their technology needs and queries.
- Manage software configuration and version control.
- Ensure day to day BAU system stability and maximum system availability.
- Support business as usual activities and participate in disaster recovery exercises.
- Stay updated with security patches, applying them regularly and tracking their progress.
Requirements
- Proven track record in wealth management technology or a related field
- Experience in leading and managing cross functional teams
- Strong understanding of wealth management platforms and their integration with other systems
- Hands on experience with FinIQ or similar wealth management software is an advantage
- Proficiency in database management, DevOps, and back end development
- Familiarity with external integrations, such as Bloomberg and All Funds, is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role

Role Overview
- The Manager Retail Wealth Technology will be a key driver in our Injaz RBG Wealth Management Services department. They will be responsible for overseeing the technology stack, from database infrastructure to back end development and external integrations. This role requires a hands on approach
