Manager - Restricted Inventory

Demonstrated experience leading complex operational, supply chain, inventory, engineering, maintenance or project environments.

Strong project or program management capability, including planning, prioritisation, risk management and performance reporting.

Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive outcomes across diverse groups without direct authority.

Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement practical solutions.

Experience establishing governance processes, operating rhythms, performance measures and accountability frameworks.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive reporting and presentation of recommendations.

Experience within Defence, maritime, manufacturing, engineering, resources or highly regulated industries will be highly regarded.
