Role overview
Lead overall brand management for an assigned product portfolio.
Develop strategies and plans to improve market share, market growth, and portfolio profitability.
Core responsibilities
- Identify key issues and opportunities and design strategy elements, tactics, action plans, and investments.
- Support new product launches and apply brand-launch experience where available.
- Prepare brand plans through internal and external analysis and monitor execution.
- Develop and implement product plans aligned with business objectives.
- Manage brand campaigns on time and within financial constraints.
- Train the sales team on brand-plan execution during cycle meetings.
- Manage conferences and related initiatives.
Skills and competencies
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Innovation and creativity, process excellence, collaboration, and customer centricity.
- Developing talent, stakeholder management, strategic agility, and result orientation.
Preferred experience
- Prior brand-launch experience is appreciated.
