Role overview
Manage the assigned product and brand portfolio.
Establish key issues and opportunities, develop strategy and action plans, and support market share, growth, and profit improvement.
Support new product launches and brand launch activities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct internal and external analysis and prepare robust brand plans.
- Formulate strategic plans and monitor execution.
- Develop and implement product plans aligned with business objectives.
- Manage brand campaigns on schedule and within financial constraints.
- Train the sales team on brand-plan execution during cycle meetings.
- Manage conferences and related brand initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior brand launch experience is appreciated but not stated as mandatory.
- Digital marketing experience is appreciated but not stated as mandatory.
