Role Overview
Management Trainee role supporting internal audit activities.
The work covers domestic and international operations.
Internal Audit Responsibilities
- Execute audits in identified areas under the annual internal audit plan.
- Conduct onsite audits and reviews at plant sites and distribution locations.
- Assist with need-based focused reviews.
- Identify improvements in processes and the control environment.
- Work with process owners on remediation and closure of observations.
Verification and Analytics
- Coordinate and conduct physical verification at plants, depots, and third-party locations.
- Perform analytics across businesses and functions.
- Assist in developing queries, alerts, and reports focused on automation.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities in operational areas.
Work Experience
- Fresher Chartered Accountant candidates are eligible.
- Chartered Accountants with less than 1 year of experience are eligible.
- Candidates must have cleared all ICAI examinations in the first attempt.
