Main Objective of Role

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize total cost of ownership for assigned spend categories.
• Use strategic sourcing and supplier intelligence to improve sourcing processes.
• Use business volumes and brand value to strengthen supply chain competitiveness.
• Develop market and commodity intelligence to support sourcing, innovation, and cost reduction.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure continuity, quality, service, and price performance.
• Develop negotiation strategies and conduct formal tender and ad hoc negotiations.
• Improve procurement efficiency through spend analysis, vendor tiering, and supply base consolidation.
• Monitor market trends through supplier and market expert relationships.
• Agree prequalification criteria, specifications, contract terms, and KPIs with stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional negotiating teams for assigned spend categories.
• Collaborate across organizational levels, functions, businesses, and geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 8–10 years of experience with the stated qualifications.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Demonstrable experience drafting specialized contracts is essential.
• Strong analytical capabilities and negotiation skills.
• Specialized procurement and contracts certification.
