Manager, Platform Engineering - 10352

Lead the evolution of the Coupa Intake Platform, to serve the need of our many functional teams and acquired applications

Manage an agile team of 6+ engineers

Hire, retain and motivate top talent on the team

Define long-term roadmap and drive release planning and execution

Be involved in technical architecture and design decisions

Work closely with peers to ensure successful outcomes and improve business processes

Agile team management experience of at least 1 year as engineering manager, or equivalent work experience

Enterprise software development experience, ideally both in leadership and contributor roles

Experience in framework development, application configuration and customization

Ability to support and mentor both individuals and teams.

Good functional understanding of enterprise SaaS products

Ability to support and mentor individual and team

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
