- Develop and implement effective planning and project control strategies across multiple projects
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and analysis of project schedules using industry standard software
- Facilitate project monitoring activities, ensuring accurate tracking of progress against agreed baselines
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation measures to ensure project objectives are achieved
- Provide regular updates and detailed reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with various teams, including engineering, construction, and finance
- Establish and manage the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and ensure compliance with project controls procedures
- Mentor and lead the project controls team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Conduct lessons learned sessions and post project reviews to capture insights
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Project Management, or related field; master's degree advantageous
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in planning and project controls management within large scale infrastructure projects
- Demonstrated expertise in planning tools, particularly Oracle Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including risk management and earned value management (EVM)
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Experience in entertainment, leisure, or infrastructure sectors preferred
- Relevant certifications such as PMP or equivalent highly desirable

Job Summary

- Provide regular updates and detailed reports to senior management and stakeholders regarding project progress, risks, and costs
- Collaborate closely with various teams, including engineering, construction, and finance, to ensure integrated project delivery
- Establish and manage the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and ensure compliance with project controls procedures
- Mentor and lead the project controls team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Conduct lessons learned sessions and post project reviews to capture insights beneficial for future projects
Requirements
