Responsibilities
- Lead the consolidation and coordination of annual and multi year business planning cycles across all SS&SC functions
- Support the CSSO with structured decision making inputs, including scenario planning, risk identification, and issue escalation frameworks
- Develop and maintain robust performance dashboards and KPI tracking systems to monitor progress against strategic objectives
- Ensure functional alignment on targets, metrics, and data definitions across departments under SS&SC
- Analyze internal and external data to deliver forward looking insights that support performance optimization and executive decision making
- Translate complex data into actionable recommendations and highlight operational gaps or emerging challenges
- Drive cross functional coordination to ensure timely reporting, issue flagging, and follow through on action items
- Monitor adherence to agreed upon plans and KPIs, providing regular updates to the CSSO and relevant stakeholders
Requirements

Job Purpose
- Drive the Shared Services & Solutions Center (SS&SC) business planning and performance governance by integrating planning cycles, KPI frameworks, dashboard development, and decision support inputs to the CSSO.
- The manager will also provide strategic analysis and forward looking insights to enhance alignment, flag emerging issues, and ensure accountability across the business unit.
Job Specific Accountabilities
