Mission
Lead process engineering activities for electronics manufacturing and assembly processes.
Ensure robust process design, validation, and industrialization for electronic systems, including wiring, PCB integration, and testing.
Improve Quality, Cost, and Delivery through process optimisation, innovation, and stronger electronics manufacturing capability.
Performance Measures
- Improve first-time-right performance in electronic assembly and testing.
- Reduce wiring errors, PCB issues, soldering defects, rework, and failure rates.
- Maintain PFMEA, Control Plans, test validation, ERP M3 data accuracy, and routing discipline.
- Deliver electronic product industrialization milestones and production ramp readiness.
- Improve testing efficiency, throughput, and CAPEX efficiency.
Electronics Process Leadership
- Lead process engineering for wiring harness assembly, PCB assembly or integration, electrical panel assembly, and testing and validation systems.
- Establish standardized and optimized electronics manufacturing processes.
