Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the operations support team: plan, organize, and manage the department to guide the team toward the best possible results.
- Represent the manufacturing engineering team for all escalations related to operations.
- Define, develop, and implement the vision for the operations support department.
- Oversee the operations of the Operations Support Team to ensure compliance with our service mandate commitments.
- Establish, develop, and adhere to budgets related to operations support activities.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and implement and lead these changes throughout the organization.
- Serve as a technical expert to guide the team in resolving complex problems and manage risks related to project management.
