Role Overview
- Primary responsibility is to deliver day to day Supervision policies and procedures
- Support oversight of gaming operators and licensees to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Maintain integrity of the gaming industry and protect interests of players
- Monitor and evaluate compliance with regulatory requirements of licensees
- Identify and escalate risk within the gaming industry
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively monitor and evaluate licensees' compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage day to day engagements with licensees and relevant administrative tasks
- Provide accurate delivery of supervision tasks and processes for timely risk escalation
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of gaming establishments
- Ensure adherence to monitoring systems and processes
- Identify areas of non compliance and develop recommendations for corrective actions
- Analyze data and KPIs to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks
- Prepare timely reports and documentation for senior management
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide input on regulatory requirements, standards, and best practices
- Contribute to development and revision of gaming regulations, policies, and guidelines
- Share expertise with colleagues and promote joint approach to supervision activities
