Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in Learning & Development leadership roles
- Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, ATD, or equivalent preferred
- Master's degree preferred (HR, Organizational Psychology, MBA)

Role Overview

- This role ensures that learning initiatives align with business strategy, succession planning, and organizational transformation priorities.
- The AVP, Manager of L&D drives a culture of continuous learning, digital enablement, and performance improvement while ensuring measurable return on investment (ROI) from all development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master's degree preferred (HR, Organizational Psychology, MBA).
- Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, ATD, or equivalent preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in Learning & Development leadership roles.
Learning and Development
- Develop and implement an enterprise wide Learning & Development framework aligned with organizational objectives.

- Embed a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence.
Learning Program Design & Delivery
- Design and oversee technical, behavioral, and leadership development programs.
- Implement competency based development pathways.
- Leverage digital learning platforms (LMS, e learning).
- Ensure blended learning methodologies are adopted (virtual, classroom, experiential learning).
- Drive digital transformation within learning systems.
- Promote innovation in learning design and delivery.
Organizational Capability Development
- Partner with HR and divisions to identify skill gaps and future capabilities.
- Drive succession readiness programs and career development frameworks.
- Support change management and transformation initiatives through targeted learning interventions.
- Develop coaching and mentoring frameworks.
Performance & Impact Measurement
- Establish KPIs and ROI measures for all learning initiatives.
- Track learning effectiveness using analytics and reporting tools.
- Conduct post program evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Present learning impact dashboards to executive leadership.
Governance & Vendor Management
- Manage L&D budgets and optimize learning spend.
- Develop and maintain L&D policies and governance frameworks.
- Oversee external learning vendors, consultants, and partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and mandatory training requirements.
