Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise archaeological sites and research according to strategic and operational plans
- Participate in issuing legislation for the preservation of antiquities by setting policies and procedures
- Develop and implement projects and initiatives to develop and preserve archaeological sites
- Enhance relationships with partners to establish strategic partnerships in archaeology
- Supervise surveys and excavation projects, ensuring classification, numbering, recording, and cataloging of antiquities
- Provide support to archaeological institutions and individuals to increase public participation in preservation
- Oversee preparation and publication of supplements and bulletins about archaeological sites
- Collaborate with local and international media and facilitate filming teams
- Lead, guide, review, and approve work methods, performance indicators, and quality processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, history, archaeology or equivalent (master's preferred)
- 10 years of relevant work experience

Responsibilities
- الإدارة والاشراف العام على المواقع الأثرية والأبحاث التابعة للهيئة وفق الخطة الاستراتيجية والتشغيلية والموازنات المالية المعتمدة
- المشاركة على إصدار التشريعات الخاصة بالحفاظ على الأثار
- المشاركة في تطوير وتنفيذ مشاريع وبرامج ومبادرات تهدف إلى تنمية المواقع الأثرية والأبحاث والحفاظ عليه
- المشاركة في العمل تعزيز العلاقات مع الشركاء لإقامة شراكات استراتيجية في مجال الآثار
- الإشراف على تنفيذ كافة العمليات والإجراءات المتعلقة بإجراء المسوحات ومشاريع التنقيب للمواقع الأثرية
- تقديم الدعم والمساندة للمؤسسات الأثرية والأفراد العاملين في الآثار والأبحاث
- الاشراف على اعداد ونشر الملاحق والنشرات الخاصة بالمواقع الأثرية
- التعاون المستمر مع وسائل الإعلام المحلية والدولية
- التغطية الإعلامية للمواقع الأثرية
- مراقبة الأعمال في كافة المواقع الاثرية والأبحاث
- قيادة وتوجيه ومراجعة واعتماد أساليب العمل ومؤشرات الأداء والجودة
Qualifications
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الاعمال، التاريخ والآثار او ما يعادلها من جامعة معتمدة ويفضل درجة الماجستير
- 10 سنوات من الخبرة العملية ذات الصلة
