- Prepare periodic reports on health metrics, security incidents, and compliance

- Experience managing occupational health programs and security operations
- Knowledge of ADOSH SF requirements and regulatory compliance
- Experience with security systems including CCTV and access control
- Ability to coordinate emergency response and drills
- Strong record keeping and reporting skills

Role Overview
- Manage occupational health and security operations at EMSTEEL Group's Musaffah site.
Occupational Health Management
- Manage and oversee occupational health programmes including pre employment and periodic medical screening.
- Coordinate medical surveillance for personnel exposed to industrial hazards.
- Coordinate investigation and follow up of occupational illness cases.
- Maintain accurate and confidential occupational health records.
- Coordinate and monitor clinic service providers.
- Plan and coordinate occupational health awareness campaigns.
Security Operations & Asset Protection
- Operate and monitor site security services including manned guarding and access control.
- Manage and maintain security systems including CCTV and access control.
- Coordinate routine security inspections and patrols.
- Enforce visitor, contractor, and vehicle access controls.
- Support investigations of security incidents.
- Maintain security incident logs and patrol reports.
Access Control & Visitor Management
- Administer Visitor Management System and authorize personnel access.
- Manage gate access control for employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Verify identity, access approvals, and fitness to work status.
- Coordinate with Operations and Security to control traffic flow.
- Maintain accurate access records and logs.
Emergency Response
- Support emergency response coordination for security manned areas.
- Assist Emergency Response Teams with evacuation logistics and communication.
- Participate in emergency drills and exercises.
Reporting, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Prepare periodic reports on occupational health metrics and security incidents.
- Support internal and external HSSE audits and regulatory inspections.
- Maintain up to date records in support of ADOSH SF and Civil Defense requirements.
- Identify and recommend improvements to health and security processes.
