- Provide timely and effective support for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to minimize user downtime
- Configure, install, and maintain desktop devices, including PCs, monitors, printers, and other peripherals
- Guide users on software and hardware usage to enhance productivity
- Deliver remote technical support to off site employees
- Monitor and optimize desktop performance through proactive maintenance
- Conduct root cause analysis of recurring issues and implement preventive solutions
- Document support activities, solutions, and best practices to build a knowledge base
- Collaborate with team members, participate in knowledge sharing sessions, and contribute to training initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
- Microsoft Certifications and System Administration credentials
- Technical Support Fundamentals knowledge
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Desktop Support or related roles
- Proficiency in English (essential)

- This role delivers support to both on site and remote users while ensuring compliance with IT policies and company standards.
