About the Role
Design, develop, and deliver learning content and programs that support business objectives.
Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create learning modules that support employee and business development.
Business and SME Partnership
- Translate business needs into clear learning objectives and success measures with business-based subject matter experts.
- Align learning solutions with approved policies, processes, technical standards, learning programs, and organizational behaviors.
- Manage stakeholder priorities, timelines, and delivery across learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Organizational Learning team to deliver holistic learning solutions.
Instructional Design and Delivery
- Build learning content, programs, and curricula using Sana, a learning experience platform for self-led and facilitated content.
- Design and deliver learning solutions that build awareness, compliance, technical skills, and organizational capabilities.
- Co-facilitate inductions, bootcamps, workshops, and live sessions with subject matter experts or experienced facilitators.
- Use experiential and playful methods aligned with adult learning principles to reinforce business outcomes.
