Job Purpose
Manage the Authority’s information security framework and compliance with government requirements and approved standards.
Manage security risks, business readiness, continuity, and protection of digital and information assets.
Information Security Governance
- Lead the strategic information security roadmap, priorities, initiatives, implementation, and maturity measurement.
- Manage government information security requirements, approved policies, controls, reviews, assessments, corrective actions, and committee recommendations.
- Oversee security compliance for technical and non-technical projects and approve controls before and during implementation.
- Prepare security performance, compliance, audit, risk, and incident reports for senior management and relevant committees.
Continuity and Risk Management
- Oversee business continuity plans, disaster recovery requirements, testing, certifications, and crisis readiness.
- Develop risk assessment methodologies, monitor security risk registers, and recommend risk treatment to relevant committees.
- Monitor security and cybersecurity performance indicators, prepare dashboards, and identify improvement opportunities.
