Costs, Suppliers, and Leadership

• Optimize IT resource allocation and operational costs.
• Build supplier partnerships, monitor supplier performance, and improve service quality, reliability, and value.
• Engage senior business leaders and third parties, lead teams where applicable, and develop function and talent plans.

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree.
• More than five years of relevant experience.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, IT service management, information security, cyber risk mitigation, supplier management, and senior stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage access, assets, suppliers, costs, service delivery, and coordination across business, technology, regional, global, and third-party stakeholders.

Preferred

• Experience supporting global ISM rollouts and standardizing IT processes and tools.
• Experience with telecoms, end-user support, IT asset information, and access governance in a country environment.
• Knowledge of India operational requirements, audit readiness, and data safeguarding expectations.
• Experience with GDPR-related compliance support where applicable.
