About the Role
TASC Outsourcing is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee high-volume staffing operations, manage SLAs, and coordinate with PROs/GROs on UAE visa and labour compliance.

Responsibilities
- Manage HR operations and staffing operations, focusing on high volume, field based or blue collar workforce contexts
- Manage SLAs in an outsourced or contract staffing environment
- Work alongside PROs and GROs to handle UAE visa, labour compliance, and government liaison processes
- Coordinate across operations, client services, compliance, and shared services within a large group structure
- Track compliance metrics, dashboards, and operational reporting
- Prepare reports and presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint for stakeholder management
Requirements
- 6+ years in HR operations or staffing operations, with exposure to high volume, field based or blue collar workforce contexts preferred
- Demonstrable experience managing SLAs in an outsourced or contract staffing environment
- Comfortable working alongside PROs and GROs, with an understanding of UAE visa, labour compliance, and government liaison processes
- Excellent cross functional communicator, able to coordinate across operations, client services, compliance, and shared services within a large group structure
- Analytically grounded, with confidence in compliance metrics, dashboards, and operational reporting
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and stakeholder management
- Calm under pressure, solutions first, and comfortable in a fast paced environment where rigour and adaptability are equally non negotiable
