Manager, FM Regulatory Operation

• Timely responses to external & internal queries. • Execute tactical and strategic processes in collaboration with Technology & Change teams. • Ensure adherence to Process Documents. • Actively participate in group Projects/changes.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Min 5-7 year of relevant work experience • Oversee and perform regulatory reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate submissions to regulators • Manage and improve end-to-end regulatory operations workflows and controls. • Familiar with FMO functions, products and trade lifecycle • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technology, Risk, Finance, and Compliance. • Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on operations and reporting • Drive automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce manual errors. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape including APAC, MIFID, SFTR EMIR, DF, STAYS, BOE etc • Effective communication skills verbal and written. • Good with MS Office ie Word, Excel and Power Point
