About the Role
Lead the end-to-end management of assigned Buyer Furnished Equipment suppliers and products for Riyadh Air cabin interiors.
Own supplier performance, product development, certification, and on-time delivery for aircraft cabin equipment and experiences.
Act as Riyadh Air lead for allocated suppliers and coordinate independently with OEMs, BFE suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
Ensure products meet specification, budget, and aircraft on-dock date requirements.
About You
- Hold a recognized undergraduate degree in aeronautical engineering, another relevant engineering discipline, and/or business.
- Bring at least 10 years of experience across aircraft programs, fleet planning, EIS, or technical and engineering roles.
- Have proven experience leading BFE programs as a supplier focal point across development, certification, and delivery phases.
- Have detailed knowledge of seating and monument certification under EASA and FAA requirements.
- Bring supplier and stakeholder management experience across airlines, OEMs, MROs, or leasing companies.
- Understand retrofits, STCs, MRO implementation, and Boeing or Airbus OEM delivery processes.
- Experience with Boeing 787 and/or Airbus A321 or A350 programs is preferred.
- Demonstrate commercial acumen, structured problem-solving, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Be able to travel at short notice.

- Drive supplier performance, product development, certification, and delivery of assigned cabin products.
- Align OEMs, BFE suppliers, and cross-functional teams throughout aircraft program delivery.
- Manage assigned products against specification, budget, and aircraft on-dock dates.
- Coordinate work across development, certification, retrofit, STC, MRO implementation, and OEM delivery phases.
