About the Role

- Present facade design recommendations and progress updates to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
- 5 7 years of relevant experience with GCC or large scale mixed use development
- Chartered status with a relevant body (e.g., IStructE, ICE, CIBSE) or Facade Engineering specific bodies (e.g., CWCT)
- Strong knowledge of curtain walling, cladding systems, glazing, rainscreen systems, and weatherproofing
- Experience with facade performance analysis (thermal, acoustic, structural, wind load)
- Familiar with Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino/Grasshopper, and structural analysis tools
- Understanding of building codes and standards relevant to the project's location

- Experienced with facade performance — thermal, acoustic, structural, and wind load analysis
- Familiar with relevant software: Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino/Grasshopper (for parametric facade design), and sometimes structural analysis tools
- Understand building codes and standards relevant to the project's location
- Experienced with unitized curtain wall systems and facade access/maintenance design is for high rise or complex projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering with postgraduate study in facade engineering preferred
- 5 7 years of Relevant experience with GCC or large scale mixed use development
- Chartered status with a relevant body e.g. IStructE (Institution of Structural Engineers), ICE (Institution of Civil Engineers), or CIBSE
- Facade Engineering specific bodies, such as the CWCT (Centre for Window and Cladding Technology)
