Role Overview
Halvion is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead engineering activities, coordinate technical teams, manage projects, and support reliable engineering solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate day-to-day engineering activities and projects.
- Manage engineering teams, priorities, schedules, and technical resources.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Project Management, Procurement, Quality, and other business teams.
- Support engineering planning, design, implementation, and project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, technical performance, quality, and operational KPIs.
- Review requirements, specifications, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, consultants, and external service providers.
- Support budgeting, resource planning, cost control, risk mitigation, troubleshooting, and corrective actions.
- Prepare engineering reports, project updates, and management recommendations.
- Support team development, knowledge sharing, and technical training.
