Role Overview
Coordinate maintenance activities, plan workshop schedules, allocate resources, and ensure maintenance jobs are completed efficiently and on time.
The role supports multiple work orders, technician and supplier coordination, maintenance scheduling, and accurate operational records.

Maintenance Planning and Coordination
- Coordinate daily maintenance and workshop activities and develop preventive maintenance schedules.
- Plan and prioritize work orders according to urgency and operational requirements.
- Coordinate technician assignments, workshop capacity, resources, and maintenance workload.
- Monitor scheduled, ongoing, completed, overdue, preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities.
Records, Assets, and Parts
- Prepare and manage job cards, work orders, service requests, maintenance records, and asset histories.
