- Ensure implementation of company standards across all projects
- Lead Discipline Engineering integration within TAPI projects and provide direction and advice
- Lead project teams with other disciplines, contractors, and partner staff to deliver optimal technical solutions
- Ensure designs and proposed solutions are achievable and consistent across the project portfolio
- Ensure Project Engineering Teams work in alignment with company Operations and external stakeholders
- Ensure Engineering teams identify, understand, manage and mitigate all project and business risks
- Co operate with Business Development function on individual project opportunities
- Support techno economic feasibility studies, including pre FEED and FEED studies
- Participate in regular project meetings and provide overview on progress, risks, trajectory
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Project Management / Engineering / Science or relevant discipline
- 15 years’ relevant experience in NOC's/IOC's
- At least 8 years in progressive project Managerial / Leadership Positions
- Major Project Management / Engineering Experience is essential
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of project planning and management
- Master’s degree in Engineering / Science is preferred

Job Purpose
- Manage and control all Discipline Engineering activities pertaining to the successful delivery of the HQ managed Project Integration portfolio including both national and projects executed in co operation with Joint Venture partners.
- Manage the engineering development of timely and accurate report for the management on the status of the projects ongoing within the downstream project delivery program.
- Manage the integration of all Discipline Engineering disciplines into feasibility study activities, early design, pre Feed, Feed, EPC tender and selection etc. ensuring implementation of company standards across all projects, as applicable.
- Manage the development and application of best in class tools and techniques for finding the technical solutions required to enhance the feasibility of projects as well as their return on investment.
Key Accountabilities Management
- Lead Discipline Engineering integration within the TAPI projects and provides direction and advice on all projects in the DS project funnel managed by the TAPI.
- Lead project teams together with the other TAPI disciplines, contractors and partner staff to deliver optimal technical solutions on a wide range of petrochemical investment projects.
- Ensure that designs and proposed solutions are achievable and consistent in their approach across the project portfolio and aim to deliver maximum value to company.
- Ensure that all Project Engineering Teams are working in alignment with company Operations and with external stakeholders.
- Ensure that Engineering teams identify, understand, manage and mitigate all project and business risks.
- Co operate with the Business Development function in Downstream on individual project opportunities for selection and development of new projects.
- Support techno economic feasibility studies, including pre FEED and FEED studies of new projects to deliver growth and economic value from Downstream projects.
- Participate to the regular project meetings, provide an overview on progress, risks, trajectory, etc. and addressing specific questions for the projects.
- Provide the first level of escalation support for engineering issues that cannot be resolved at project level.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Project Management / Engineering / Science; or relevant disciplines with supporting experience. Master’s degree in Engineering / Science is preferred.
- Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills: 15 years’ relevant experience in NOC's/IOC's, including at least 8 years in a progressive project Managerial / Leadership Positions.
- Major Project Management / Engineering Experience Is Essential.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of project planning and management.
