TTC is introducing a product service delivery model within Information Technology Services to modernize its technology landscape and enhance service delivery.
The Manager, Digital Products will lead the Digital Customer Experience portfolio and foster a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership, governance, lifecycle management, and delivery oversight for digital products, services, applications, and business capabilities.
- Define product vision, roadmaps, priorities, and outcomes with product owners and business stakeholders.
- Lead product and delivery professionals while balancing innovation, operational excellence, risk, and sustainability.
- Develop business cases and provide resource, cost, timeline, and impact assessments for product investments.
- Plan cross-functional resources using agile and value-driven delivery practices.
- Ensure products align with enterprise architecture, technology standards, security requirements, and compliance obligations.
- Monitor product performance, customer satisfaction, delivery outcomes, value realization, budgets, and portfolio objectives.
- Contribute to annual portfolio planning and lead major initiatives when required.
- Participate in the TTC Customer Service Ambassador Program.
