TTC is seeking a Project Coordinator for the Streetcar Way Engineering department.
The position reports to the Project Manager, Light Rail Transit, and coordinates projects ranging from small to large and short-term to long-term.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate Streetcar Way Engineering projects from planning through completion.
- Represent TTC at pre-construction and construction meetings and liaise with external agencies.
- Support capital budget preparation, monitoring, cost analysis, and cost reconciliations.
- Conduct cost and budget studies, analyze data, and monitor project performance.
- Prepare variance, workload, project requirement, and performance measurement reports.
- Organize meetings, prepare minutes, track outstanding issues, and support timely resolution.
- Participate in the TTC Customer Service Ambassador Program.
Skills
- Use office technology, software, and applications.
- Apply analytical skills and manage fiscal resources.
- Manage projects and organize activities to meet organizational goals.
