Role Overview
The Manager of Digital Correspondence leads email and general correspondence operations and research activities for LMN and Core segments.
The role oversees service delivery, team performance, quality assurance, reporting, workforce planning, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
The manager also supports employee development, performance evaluations, and compensation recommendations.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish operational objectives, develop work plans, delegate assignments, and execute policies and procedures.
- Manage Participant Services activities and serve as the first escalation point for issues.
- Coordinate correspondence with internal departments and support ad hoc projects or transitioned activities.
- Assist the director with special projects, training, development, process improvement, and escalations.
- Solve complex service issues and build strong business partner relationships.
- Assess staffing needs, interview candidates, conduct evaluations, and manage staff issues.
- Coach and develop staff through one-on-one meetings, feedback, and quality improvement.
- Monitor performance, quality targets, service levels, reconciler statistics, and management reporting.
